Future of Sustainability: Adapting to the New Reverse Logistics Annual Reporting Standard

To legal and natural persons, whether public or private, who carry out actions related to reverse logistics, integrated management and solid waste management; The Ministry of the Environment published Ordinance GM/MMA No. 1011/2024, which establishes the standard model for the annual results report, within the scope of reverse logistics systems.
The Ordinance comes into force today (19/03/2024) and determines:
- The standard model for submitting annual performance reports for reverse logistics chains.
- The provisions of the model, consisting of general guidelines, a draft of the standard report and its annexes, will be observed by management entities in collective systems and by companies responsible for individual reverse logistics models.
- That from the reference year 2023 onwards, for which reports must be submitted by July 30, 2024, reports that do not comply with the attached guidelines will not be accepted for analysis by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change.
